Was today's company update "accurate?" Are any of these company updates "accurate?" That depends on whether you consider an update to be "accurate" when important facts and events are omitted.

Read the June 8th Update again:

1. If a second FDA meeting was requested by BIEL at that time, why didn't BIEL tell us? The tone of the June 8th update certainly implied that the meetings were "one and done."

2. If a second FDA meeting was NOT requested by BIEL at that time, why was the second meeting necessary? What did the FDA tell BIEL that caused BIEL to request another meeting with the FDA?

3. WHY won't BIEL tell us the FDA's pathway decision?

It's not illegal to omit information from these company updates. It certainly is unethical, IMO.
