Lol..man, that's rich. You can't forfeit your patents because you run into debt. A patent is intellectual property. No creditor or legal system can force a company or person to relinquish their patent. It doesn't work that way, sorry. RMTDs assets were acquired and those patents that help make up the RediView software are extremely important to the telematic sector...so much that Verizon went ahead to acquire Telogis which has possession of RediView. Why didn't Verizon choose one of Telogis competitors instead?..hmmmm? Telogis even said it themselves when they first acquired Remote Dynamics. They mentioned in that PR on how RMTD was a pioneer...let me say that again, PIONEER in the industry of telematics.
