Polishman - I'm also in the DC area and noticing the same thing. I'm gun shy to buy more since I bought 50,000 shares at .013, but it seems like they're potentially righting the ship. The app is slowing improving. It ain't Skout but they're trying. Another dip down into the .005s will be tempting to cost average at that point.
