Just a heads up, Brian has failed to file mandatory reports to the FEC on the Rise UP America super PAC he is running for now-independent Presidential candidate Robby Wells. Back in May, on Wells' personal Facebook account (which is public) Wells reported that an unnamed donor had donated a large sum of money to the super PAC. Brian should have already reported that to the FEC. Again, he has not. Also, Wells has posted pictures and tagged Brian as part of his campaign team. If Brian is coordinating with Wells on how to spend the super PAC's money, both of them are breaking FEC laws. (When Wells was sent a message about Brian's arrests, he blocked the person.) So don't be surprised if Brian's next judicial adventure is with the FEC.
