Funny stuff. This company is diluting shareholders into the middle of the ocean.

Shareholders might want to be asking what shares could be dumped. New unissued shares are restricted....unless they are from a year old instrument. So it is old shares or it is conversions from old preferreds or debt.

How transparent this scam is.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
