Newe financing source wont erase the stocks already owned by current note holders.... They own 92% of company and only recovers their investment when they sell the stock they own....

With current crappy strategy from company, the best play is to short the stock after the reverse split... dilution, note holders selling to recover investment, less than 2% management ownership of stock, no revenues, no sellable product, how much is a patent worth? No strategy here and just a financing way to pay current salaries in Florida...
