Hardly, because KBM sued HJOE for non-payment of a note.

KBM hasn't been charged with criminal usury - ergo it has nothing to with their lawsuit against HJOE.

They made hundreds of loans and there has never any criminal charges.

You seem to be very confused about criminal and civil.

The case is a simple breach of contract lawsuit. Just like the TCA lawsuit.

HJOE has a horrible track record in court.

The nonsense with KBM is for pumping purposes only. I can't believe anyone fell for it - never mind - no one did as you can see from the price.

Adamson has run out of pumping ideas.
