A new CEO...then IMTV goes Dark..? WOW

Why wait...the CEO filed to take this Company Dark aka a Non Reporting company with the SEC. Isn't this filing a Really Bad sign? http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=11454340

I'm still guessing the new CEO has plans for this shell that will PR'd in the future and the PPS will go up. Let's see if it happens. The good thing is if I guess wrong the most I can lose trading $IMTV is only 100%
