You have to realize many people have been making money off the .30-.40 range flips for the past 4 years. $1 was a point for a while, but it gradually dropped as the company financed at lower and lower prices. BUT I see $1 coming too. For a trader trying to move a big block, a price which is a stop point normally isn't the smartest way. Better to take your gains at a price below that point. For the extra $10,000, I would do it.
