So if the issued was 3,672,260,027 then shouldn't the Outstanding share count be approx. 122,500 shares if you effect a 30,000-to-1 reverse split ??


Isn't 3,672,260,027 / 30,000 = 122,409 ??????


I'm so confused because now it's being posted here that the O/S is approx 20 million ???
