Yes, management hasn't sold a single share post R/S (hence no Form 4's filed). Shares were owed to some for services though... "the Company has agreed to issue shares to certain individuals in return for their services, but it has been unable to do so, because there is no available shares to issue" https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/78311/000109181815000098/swrf07202015sch14.htm

So yes, no dilution or toxic financing over here.
