What makes Graphene such a good conductor ? One electron of each atom in a Carbon molecule is pointing either up or down .

This enables sheets one molecule thick to attach to each other . 10 or more and the Graphene becomes Graphite .

However a sheet of Graphene becomes an electronic highway because of this . It is said that Graphene has an electronic cloud around it .
