I don't think Declan is a scammer. I do think he's taking a lot of shares/money from a shell that produces nothing for share holders.

Big difference.

A CEO or any other company officer shouldn't take a large salary or stock when they are clearly not motivated in developing the company.

In my opinion the entire MDRM team has done nothing to deserve issuing themselves shares. If they want to fix this turd, they need to cancel a lot of their self issued shares and tidy this share structure up before it's a worthy public vehicle to invest in.
