If the company had any legitimate business operations the SEC Suspension in 2012 would not have prevented the continuation of operations. Since there has been no mention of the company since the SEC Suspension one could reasonably assert that there was no business operation whatsoever, and the stock was likely a SCAM intended to fleece investors.
