Then explain why Paychest management is proposing a R/S if there is plenty of NSS in PYCT? The R/S would benefit the shorts wouldn't it? Why propose an R/S if there are billions of shares shorted as we have been led to believe? Management's ignorance of any real short position, no doubt??? Silly to let the shorts off the hook with an R/S. IMO
