Wont happen for another four years at least.
The courts can order a division,
but a salvage contract is not a right, its a privilege offered by the host country.
A court cannot issue an order to renew a salvage contract against the wishes of the
legislative or executive branches of government.
This is just common sense and an understanding of the law
hoping for anything else is just not going to happen
