MISINFORMATION - you have no factual proof of any of that, only speculation. PR is public relations, they can say anything they want regardless of whether its true or not. The only thing that counts is filings and they have failed to provide any of those.

Debt is Debt be it financing or shares the company is ridiculously diluted, AGAIN.

IF they had ANYTHING of substance they would not have had to enter into such debilitating financing in the first place.

IF they had anything they would have had proper financiers coming to them.
