its really a very sad day sindram if u didnt realize this co is going bk tomorrow
u gotta be aware of what u r investing in
best case they go bk and u can play the bounce without the debt conversion which they will do only maybe 6 mos from now

worst case they convert the 300mm into equity tomorrow and its a worthless stock prob 7 cents going to zero tomorrow

one thing is guaranteed bad news is a guarantee tomorrow
unlwess tehy get another 30 day waiver-always possible-then u r saved
