No what Mr. Lowey says is based on facts that some chose not to see In that the Orocobre plant was ramp up in 2015 since that it has operated about 10 months out of 20 with a plant shut down Plus ever changing production goal That shut might happened again and they need to show a profit Those are real risks and if either happened it could sink the PPS just like last year We shall see I Regards Jet Roc Roc Roc ???????????????????
