It is a risk...I won't say no...but trying to use reasoning here. The CEO still maintains a 15 mil stake in the company...he could have moved in with the ORIG Share sale. Sale also brought in enough cash that allows them to cover any needed debt payment. Gotta believe non-payment of loans and the fact the creditors didn't call them in means a refinancing is underway. Otherwise that non-payment makes no sense what-so-ever. I can see the civil action cases now. You have approx 30 mil in hand with 30 ships, representing core and non-core assets, and you allowed this to go into BK?

Either way, it's a gamble and we'll see where she ends up!
