In my discussions with JB, I was only made aware of 2 plates, the thin and the thicker ballistic style trauma plates. There may be others, and I only purchased front plates, and JB also offered back plates.

I don't know if they're still identified as Terminator plates anymore. They aren't labelled that way ( they now have a deep embossed Bourque " B" logo on them. )

Both plates are available in multiple sizes to fit various sized carriers, and they are now curved ( I believe they're termed "triple curved") for wearer comfort.

The thinner patrol plates I purchased were 9" x 7" , the thicker one closer to 10" x 12"

I had a trusted friend of my family who is in law enforcement attend the demo , and asked his first hand impressions before I purchased anything.

He reported the Level II thinner plate was shot at the demo 2x with a 9mm, 2x with a 45, and 4x with an AK47. There was no penetration , and what he called very minimal backface deformation.

The thicker ballistic plate ( Level 3?) was shot 6x with 30 caliber AP rounds with no penetration and little deformation.

It is also interesting to note that both of the new plates I purchased and the ones shot at the demo , are now coated in a hard , rubberized coating , similar to the truck bed coating Line X. This replaces the DuPont Spectra spall wrap of the earlier plates purchased 4 years ago. The coating is reportedly much better at stopping and catching the bullet fragmentation. Also does not fray or wear out like the Spectra wrap does over time .

I can probably post pictures if needed.
