LMFAO! Probably just more BS out of this scam turd. How would they execute a deal like this in the first place? Based on its recent filing GLDG has just $1,100 in cash, and just $12,700 in total assets, with no revenue whatsoever. Of course, most of the deal looks to be acquired debt, and that is all GLDG would need at this point. More of the same scam BS, IMO.
