Because this stock is CHIT.

That $0.05 share price is after a 30,000-to-1 REVERSE SPLIT I believe.

I BELIEVE the current share price would have been the equivalent to 0.0000016666666667/share pre-split.

All those PRs CHIT put out there this past year and now look at all this CHIT.

Just my opinion here, but I think CHIT may be hard pressed to find any REAL investors out there who would be willing to throw a few nickles at this CHIT.

Based on their history, and the history of those who are in control of this CHIT company, I just don't see how anyone could trust that their investment(s) wouldn't all go to CHIT, but hey that's just my opinion.
