washington state just recently took away dispensaries and patients now have to go through retail channels for mmj. But, they aren't going there for their meds they just go to black market again. Patients who have legitimate green cards get 10% sales tax waived and can carry more with a rec store pretty sad. Recreational sales needs to happen in order for this venture to be truly profitable. Even with canadian pharmacies wanting to provide patients with mmj the cost is still prohibitive for most of the patients and access in Canada with mmj through mmpr is a HUGE JOKE for TRUE ACCESS. JMO
