It looks to me that Genesis Merchant gets the Targa stock.....

I don't know what they plan to do as an investment company with owning

a Mexican cheese factory....

...I wonder where Cathart will go now for the cheese that makes every Little Caesar's pizza pie they sell..

of course all of this is moot as far as Nascent investors go. Sandro's loan that he got from Genesis Merchant to buy Targa has now been satisfied with Genesis taking all of Targa's stock.
