You ought to try and have a civil shareholder investigational chat with him. I did back in 2012 or slightly earlier. And I've spoken to several CFO's in the past, plus preformed my own Corporate accounting so, it's not like I'm ignorant and stupid too. Spencer's pack and most especially the creep CFO pal, 'scum, scandalous and BS' is the only way to describe them. And his CFO; prepare notes that you know he can disclose and play chatty with him, just once. If your red flags are not streaming at top mast, stiff and straight from the rushing hot air he blows, kiss your butt, money good bye.
If that doesn't get you, ask why he bailed everything he could ASAP the scam reverse merger signled. And don't fall for that BS about how it was a "Planed" tax bail.
But well beyond these in-house creeps, how about the millions they spent on "Top Teer" accountants, so claimed; Young and group didn't smell anything for a cool clean couple of million in auditing and investigation reports, BEFORE the reverse merger?
