I took the time to meet these two in person and i can say that they are the farthest thing from what you paint them out to be. I see your other posts and realize that you must be a shorter of these stocks or have a lot of hate in you. I called a second time today and was told that neither one wants anything to do with the OTC market and are not involved with any companies going forward. The person i spoke to said the 8K's were filed by the new management, who are 100% independent of former management. I asked if they would comment on the posts but they refuse to even acknowledge them and said whoever sits in the seat will experience the same persecution from people like you that profit when stocks go down. He ended by saying the only funding available for OTC companies makes it impossible for shareholders to win. They offer financing at a 40% -50% discount based on the lowest trading price over the past 20 days, so when they convert there is no way for the price to go up and stay up. Makes me think twice about any of these companies. Hopefully new management has other methods of financing operations.
