Do your DD. Company and Bruce have a judgment against them from lawsuit for breach of contract and fraud for several hundred thousand dollars.

Bruce & Company also owes plaintiff over 1.5 million shares of free trading stock as ordered by court to pay.

Suit is in collections and Bruce and Company have not complied with court order to pay monies and shares owed to winning plaintiff.

Judgment is over 2 years old and interest is accruing daily.

Bruce and company not disclosing these material facts to current and potential future shareholders thru filings or press releases.
