Company's worth is what it is.
Right now it's reflected without the CEO issuing his stock. When he does, everyone else's stock is worthless. CEO has purposely squashed investors and does not care for investors. If he did, he would make public all agreements.

One product on the shelves of Walmart is not worth this company's valuation. Sell sell sell. Buy in dips. Don't hold for long.
