Board - any theories on why the stock has bounced? Other than the stock options (Form 4s), I haven't seen much other news.

In the last investor's conference the CEO said they were actively seeking a partner in Japan, so this might be a possibility. Any other ideas as to why the stock bounced so dramatically on big volume?
