Other way around I believe, decipher 1st then measure with FAIMS/MS, THC is commonly used and will be checked as BAC Breathalyzer, medical side as BreathTec Dr visit or like taking vital signs or temp, they'll take a Na-Nose sample, if you blow clean than that's all, JMO or guess, but if any levels or makers are present, say liver Cancer, then Yost's FAIMS for liver Cancer would be your next blow, say it's lung Cancer, then another Yost's FAIMS for lung Cancer, FAIMS will give you a Measurement of that Cancer, maybe Na-Nose picks up a Flu molecule, coming on before you ever feel the symptoms, to me Na-Nose will be the 1st blow and once a Molicule is found then Yost's FAIMS, say a Patient had Cancer and was Treated for that Cancer, every Doctor's visit for probably the rest of their life will get to blow a Yost's FAIMS/MS Breathalyzer for that particular Cancer

Like I said, only my guess of order of blow and why Na-Nose, Na-Nose developer knows these Molicule's and it isn't a Spectrometer for Measurement but a tool for recognizing a particular Molicule, again just my guess
