And while I have no real problem with letting the board vote to adjust its size within reason, I feel there should be some limitation. Did we really need to authorize them to reduce the board to 1 member?

Buckey, looks to me like they want to be able to expand the board to 15 members.Why would a company this size need 15 members? There are currently 6. So either JN wants to add his cronies as the Bears would like you to believe (I don't think that's the case), or they plan on being very aggressive in aquisitions and would place members from aquired companies on the board.
