Yes that is correct! The FDA has had all the SequestOx data it needed since Jan 2016. The FDA in Mar 2016 designated for SequestOx its PDUFA date of Jul 14, 2016. At the same time NO SequestOx AdCom meetings were scheduled. The FDA guidelines would have, IF NEEDED, scheduled a SequestOx AdCom in Apr, May, or Jun 2016. No SequestOx AdComs have been scheduled.
