Current SOUM operations, assets, income, cashflow, liabilities, a legitimate TA provided share count, and many other factual things one finds on the audited annual financial report, that BTW will no longer be current by the time it is released anyway.

What's so difficult to understand?


Due to the above filing delinquency issues, this claim is no more than one man's propaganda;

SoOum is building the business not selling shares.
