If the bill were exclusively for Zika research and funding it would likely have passed. But it was filled with pork and spacial interests,...

Congress just can't do anything, anytime, that isn't laced with unrelated pork.

I suspect most of 'us' out here would drop over dead from shock if they did manage to actually just legislate & do their jobs in a straightforward way for a change.

Can't wait to hear Seymour's end of fiscal year update.
