Maybe they discuss only a dividend for preferred stock. They did not specify it would be for commons. But yes, a discussion does not mean anything. Just fluff.

Did iHub remove all news items here since April or were there no others listed on top of this page. I can't remember. Most PRs of SIML are not shared in this list by iHub anyway due to non-approved news sources, but there were more filings later on.
