My opinion is they can not buy a single share right now. They

have said the money received was due to a license and they are

in my opinion trying to finalize the license with a Chinese rate

and a working agreement. Huawei has grown like a weed and will

be selling a lot more wireless products in the future with a goal

of being number 1. If a license agreement is arrived at then once

the announcement is made then IDCC can take the back money and

be buying stock although it will be at a lot higher price.
