I agree with that, and that can be the case where just having confirmation of speculated bad news finally appear is a relief to the market. But it seems the news doesn't seem to be having much positive affect like it did in pre-market.
That said, I was also simply conveying my view that the news today isn't great, and is nothing to get all hyped up about.

I'm in another biotech stock today. But still have INFI on watch.
