You have been ahead of the curve in predicting what Adamson and Veal are going to do.

Will they file a Form 15 and if they do - I can see the 6 or 7 shareholders on the OuterWebs posting how great it is they no longer have to report to the SEC - it will be some nonsense like it will give them more freedom - reduce the costs associated with audited financials...

Whatever the excuses they post it is guaranteed to be amusing.
