Keep in mind David Hallin and Rhonda Hyatt, former BOD of Treaty that was fired for incompetancy has lost in court 13 times over the same issues presented in the SEC case.
And now they found a sympathetic judge and SEC attorney who is trying to help them. Even though they have already lost an Un Lucky 13 times
Yep ... Justice at it's best. The shareholders of up to 6000 losing everything for the sake of a few greedy individuals.
And BTW, I remember seeing there are only 6 - 8 shareholders remaining. Where did the all go ?
6000 SH mass selling there would have been extremely high volumes traded. But has it not been said there is little to know volume ?????????????????
Even if it was 1190 SH as what has been mentioned previously there would still be HIGH VOLUME of shares traded, and the PPS would have tanked.
Anything to hide the fact the Hedge Funds are attackng this left and right with the help of a few employees to close Treaty. Which in reality made the PPS tank
