As soon as the other "big investors" agree to "invest", Serge will then have enough money to pay for postage for the millions of dynovalves that the government of China and Dubai have on order for years. The valve is a world changing scientific breakthrough, it is the postage factor that has been holding Serge back. The rest of the the "investment" funds will go toward "corporate" expenses.
