More than likely freestone pumper paid for it.
No mention of any train company buying petrozene, or wanting more.
I personally think a freestone representative paid for it.

You posted that you thought a Freestone representative paid for it.

That would be fraud if the company was buying or having someone buying product to inflate sales. I posted what was in the 10K filing. If that is not legitimate sales then show why you believe that. An SEC filing is a legal document that has legal repercussions if it is not factual.

You are saying that it is not. I'm asking if you have to back up that assertion.

Can I prove that the machine produced the Petrozene that was sold. The answer is no. I do not have photographs of the pyrolysis oil being produced at that time or the additives being added to make it into Petrozene. Nor do I have copies of the shipping documents. I confess I don't have a chain of custody that "proves" that the machine in Ennis produced the Petrozene. But then that is a silly request. If the company was served with a subpoena I'm confident that they could produce sufficient documents to prove where that came from.

If I were an employee of the company I might have access to such information, but then I would likely be fired for posting that on a stock message board.

No mention of any train company buying petrozene, or wanting more.

From the March 8 company PR..... "FDEP sold an order of Petrozene to a petroleum transport company that has more than one hundred terminals throughout the United States. The initial reports from the use of Petrozene at one of their terminals showed very positive results prompting the transport company to place another Petrozene order"

OK... It doesn't say "train company". I'm willing to make the very small leap from "...a petroleum transport company that has more than one hundred terminals throughout the United States" to a train company.

Schadenfreude. It's what gets some people up in the morning. Just look.
