I put on my Gwyther/Miller "thinking cap" to assimilate Nevada dissolution..I quickly checked SOS Wyoming..it's the new hot spot for penny scams..lol...and guess who showed up?..on 5/10..AG incorporated in Wyoming..

Recall that AG filed 12 page Articles of Authority with SOS Arizona on 12/22...Provision included Directors Gwyther and Manley can do most anything they want with share structure without shareholder approval..Gwyther set this gig up intentionally for Wyoming..management and large shareholders can also "hide" behind Wyoming laws..

Gwyther has tipped his hand...there wont be an August R/S imo, AG boys going to continue raising A/S with aid of friendly Wyoming.
