I would also be ok with an MM feeling the need to increase his inventory by 12 to 13 million shares in preparation to fuel PPHM's next BreakOut.
Admittedly that is not as likely, but it basically is based on one of your possible scenarios that you just gave me
PPHM is UnderPriced, OverSold, and Long OverDue for an Upwards Price Correction. And, as you pointed out in one of your other recent posts, PPHM's PPS has reacted the opposite as one would expect after being added or dropped by Russell Funds. So, based on actual PPHM history, since we were dropped from Russell, I'm expecting the PPS to go up,Up,UP
