You want to know what is holding back this stock with so much potential? This:

"Currently in Tokyo performing due diligence on one of our upcoming acquisitions. News to follow next week."

Obviously, this was misleadng as there was no news on any acquisition or any mention of what happened in Tokyo. Intentional or not, this was very misleading and has destroyed trust in Berman's word.
