Just because they may have things to deal with doesnt mean just keep him in position and continue to allow him more pay as CEO.
If the CEO of any public company is bad for the company the bod cuts them loose and if they need to deal with legal issues its not done with the person in a place of power or knowledge.
There is no reason AT ALL to keep a crooked CEO on.
As a matter of fact if they have legal issues that all the more reason to remove him.
You dont put a person you are suing in a position to have insider knowledge of the company plan.
There is no justifiable reason to keep a bad ceo.
If all 3 bod members have 1/3 say then
at least 2 out of 3 of the bod here want Scott in charge or he wouldnt be.
