Where's the proof the Belize oil announcement was for insiders to spike the PPS in order to sell their shares and bilk shareholders, when the FBI investigate thoroughly and found no wrong doing.

The only people that benefittied from that were David Hallin and a few others, who promoted the stock only to dump it and at the same time receiving NSS for their services of helping the hedge funds bilk innocent shareholders out of millions ???
