Ok lets just say you are right.
Scott has no control at all.

I dont think anyone would argue that Scott is responcible for the demise of the stock.

Now Dan and Otto are in charge and Scott has no say.

So why is Scott still CEO?

Give me control here and the next day I would have a PR out saying Scott has stepped down and Otto will be interim CEO.

But no.... Dan and Otto in all their wisdom and power seem to think Scott as CEO is fine.

Dan has stated that Scott would steal any money given into the company but he is perfectly ok with Scott as Chief?
If he wasnt ok with it Scott would be gone since hes in control.

So either Dan and Otto are OK with Scott as CEO
Or The dont have the power to remove what they dont want.


Which is it?
