1) SHOM announced 29 March 2016 that merger agreement had been signed by all parties. We assume the SHOM merging entities are as follows:

2) Dotres became Interim President, CEO and Director of Southern Home Medical, Inc. a Public company as announced in April 25 2016 PR

3) Dotres is currently President or Director of the following Private companies.
a) Sanz Solutions Inc (Director)

b) Das Acquisition Inc (President, Director)

c) Whiskey Acquisition Inc. (President, Treasurer, Director)

4) Dotres started new company in WY called Southern Home Medical Solutions on 1 June 2016
This new company could be the new Merger name and possible symbol could be (SHMS) which does not exist now.

A merger could take up to 6 months to complete depending on the complexity and this seems to be complex with part of a merging company (Encore) being sold off and six different private companies with one that may be an IPO. All of this IMO
