Reverse split or a raise in the AS is the only means to financing.
There is no need to worry about either until they find somone who knows wtf they are doing in a mine.

But then we also know that a ceo will require some sort of compensation.

There are still a few million shares left in the AS to use for a CEO but then we dont know what Otto was offered to take his seat. Some of those shares may be in Ottos hands.

The RS will happen eventually but it isnt worth worrying about yet. IMO

Unless you can think up a way to finance the operation that doesnt dilute shareholders. Then it wont be an issue at all.

I guess Scott might be willing to just give his shares up for the new CEO but scott doesnt strike me as a guy who cares about the common shareholders value.
